I only thought I've been crazy busy lately. But when Paige said that she wanted to make cupcakes to take to her friends at school, I ran to the grocery store to get a cake mix and frosting. Paige helped me pour the water into the batter and count how many eggs to put in. I took care of putting the batter into the muffin tin and baking, icing, and putting sprinkles on the finished cupcakes. I'm sure Paige would have been more than willing to help, but I was smart and decorated them while she was taking a bath.

This is a sampling of our finished product. Of course Paige was "quality control" and ate about half of a cupcake!

I took the cupcakes to a new level and packaged them in a cute little bag, tied them with curling ribbon, and attached some yellow card stock with a "To: From:" note on it.
I have a feeling this won't the last cooking experience Paige and I have together and I'm THANKFUL for that!
