On Monday, January 9 Ryan and Paige were especially snuggly and Paige hopped into Ryan’s bed when we were waking him up! Ryan wasn’t quite sure what Sissy was doing in his bed, but he enjoyed it nonetheless.
Paige has started to love Michelina’s fettuccine alfredo frozed meals. She started having them when she spends the day with Gran and she kept asking me to buy them for her lunches at home. On Tuesday, January 10 I finally remembered and Paige enjoyed it immensely!
I wish we had a Chick-Fil-a within 30 minutes of our town, but we don’t. After I picked Paige up from school on Wednesday, January 11 we went to the Hardee’s in our town to have lunch. I had some softball team paperwork to finalize and Hardee’s has an indoor playground for Paige to play in. Come to find out, Ryan actually really loved playing on the lower part of the playground as well! We’re planning to make this a weekly event!
Ryan had his very first haircut on Thursday, January 12 (this will have a post of its own soon!). He was really well behaved, and while he doesn’t look much different at first glance, he looks much more like a big boy to us! Ryan is posing with our long-time friend and hairdresser, Miss Michelle.
On Friday, January 13 I helped with Clarksville’s basketball homecoming ceremonies. I was there at 9:30am to set up the background, cover chairs, rehearse with the girls, and much more. At 2pm, I was the emcee for the afternoon ceremony in front of the high school students. After that we quickly moved all decorations to the gym for the evening ceremony which I emceed at 5pm. It was a fun day to enjoy with girls Stephen and I think a lot of!
On Saturday, January 14 Paige lost her 3rd tooth! It had been loose for quite awhile but Paige was leery of pulling it. On Saturday, we finally convinced her that if we didn’t pull it soon, it would start making her tooth and gums sick…and she didn’t want that! When we finally got it pulled, Paige was hysterical because she “hated the way she looked”. Um, too late sweetie! She’s all good with it now thank goodness.
On Sunday, January 15 Paige, my mom, and I got to model bridal fashions for Danielle’s Bridal. Paige was even featured in a picture on the front page of a Fort Smith newspaper!
