Last Thursday (3/17) Ryan was especially fussy during his afternoon naptime. He slept from 1:40-2:30 then screamed from 2:30-3:30. I went in to check on him several times to make sure that he wasn’t wet or dirty or his head wasn’t stuck in between the spindles of his crib. I began to think that his ear drum has bursted because the day before we had his ear re-checked and he has another ear infection. I gave him some Tylenol and he seemed to calm down. Later that afternoon, my Dad picked him up for me because we had a softball game that day. He called me not 15 minutes after he left and I panicked because I thought he was going to tell me that Ryan was worse. NOPE…Dad found the source of Ryan’s pain. He got his first tooth! It’s the bottom left tooth and no wonder it hurt…it’s sharp! Ryan’s been much happier since the tooth popped through his gums, but I know that more teeth are to follow. Paige got her first tooth at 6 months so I was wondering when Ryan would get his first…I’m glad it happened after I stopped nursing!

Yay for baby teeth! Be glad it was after you stopped nursing! I got bit a few times when Noah's teeth first came in, but now he has 7 and hasn't bit me in months! But when he did - ouch doesn't cover it! :)
I got bit by Paige while I was still nursing her. I quit soon after!
