Teaching Paige how to Swing

We've actually had some fairly nice weather here this week, so on Wednesday evening after supper, we headed outside. Paige loves to play with sidewalk chalk, so that was her first activity. Her and Daddy like to draw the "grumpy old troll" and the "troll bridge" from Dora the Explorer. Her Daddy will even sing the silly "grumpy old troll" song! She eats it up. Paige somehow this night got blue chalk on the side of her face...like war paint!

After the sidewalk chalk had lost its luster, we moved on to playing with her new Dora & Boots bat, ball, and glove set. She absolutely loves it! Her Daddy was actually trying to teach her how to correctly swing the bat...not so sure she really caught the concept!

He was really stressing using 2 hands...don't think she got it!

This picture doesn't really have anything to do with the softball lesson that happened earlier in the night, but it's just too funny not to share! To say that my child has a personality would be quite the understatement! Watch out World...Paige is on the loose!
