I felt like I failed miserably in the blogging world last week, so I'm trying to do better this week. Not much happening today...another day at KCP (or Casey P.), whoever you are! LOL! Today was the first day for another little girl...BA. She is very smart and able to adapt very easily. And she even laid right down and went to sleep! I'm very thankful for easy nappers.
Our whole family hasn't felt all that great since about Friday of last week. The weather is absolutely KILLING us. We're all stuffy and congested. Paige is really the worst one of all! I've given her Dallery Jr. and Benadryl and nothing seems to give her any relief. I've even put a call in to her pediatrician to ask for advice, but I haven't received a call back. Any input would be appreciated!!! :)
We're heading to Charleston tonight to watch my Dad's High School team play basketball....HUGE game tonight. My nerves are getting the best of me as I type. I don't know why I get so worked up over games...oh yeah I do.......I've done this for 25 years and it's all I know! Football, basketball, and softball are what we eat and drink at our house! I am honestly more affected by my Dad's games than I am Stephen's. Don't get me wrong, I get totally nervous when Stephen is coaching, but I think it's just a daughter's attachment to her Daddy and wanting desperately for him to succeed. I know that my Dad is a hugely successful basketball coach and extremely admired for his leadership abilities...and I always want him to be remembered as such! I'll save my Daddy for another post another time...in detail!
