I found this application on Facebook and I've been converting pictures to look like this all evening! You can choose whether you want black and white or sepia backtones, then "color" the parts of the picture that you want to be in color. Pretty cool! Go to www.pixchef.com to make your own!
To explain this particular picture, you'll have to travel back in time with me to Christmas Eve at my parent's house. Paige's Great Aunt Phyllis bought Santa socks for Paige and Gracie...even though they came all the way up their legs! It was a fantastic photo opportunity, though!
