Since Ryan has been here bathing both of the kids at the same time at night has proven to be very difficult for me. I don’t really understand why it’s so hard, but it just is! So, for several weeks I’ve just had Paige hop in the shower with me in the mornings while Ryan is napping. Recently, though, I’ve thought that possibly she was ready for some independence in the shower.
Today I put her in the shower in my bathroom while I knew I was going to be in there drying my hair. I only guided her verbally and slightly opened the shower curtain occasionally to check in on her. She did a great job and she absolutely loved taking a shower all by herself! Now I just need to teach her how to fix her own hair!
