I didn’t get many pictures of Day 4 for different reasons…one being I gave my camera to the church office so they could download my pictures to use in the slide show for family night. But, I did get a few…the one above is of me and Heather. I’ve known her for years…my Dad coached her husband in school, her son was the ring bearer in our wedding, I worked with her at KCP, and now the son that was our ring bearer is on Stephen’s football team. She’s precious and I’m so glad our friendship has evolved and grown in the last year!
This is Jon. He has an amazing love for the Lord and VBS is his absolute, hands down, 100 % for sure week of the entire year. Jon has Downs, but is an amazing crew leader for the Preschool age kids. He loves them and doesn’t hesitate one tiny little bit to tell them that God loves them more than anyone else!
Of course, Day 4 brought more singing and having a big time in the Worship Center. Another reason I don’t have many pictures of this day is that on Day 4, our pastor presents the Plan of Salvation to the 1st-6th graders at VBS. It’s also the day that Christ’s crucifixion is the Bible story. After I taught the story 4 times in a row, I went in with the 1st-6th graders to help. We had 21 kids saved that day!
One day left…I think I can, I think I can!
